Individual Therapy for Women and Teenagers

Our individual therapy services are designed to support Black women and teenage girls as they navigate life's transitions, emotional challenges, and personal growth. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, trauma, relationship concerns, academic stress, or work-related pressures, therapy offers a culturally affirming environment where your experiences are heard, valued, and understood. We work collaboratively to help you achieve greater balance, resilience, and emotional wellness.

Group Therapy for Mothers

A supportive space where mothers can connect, share experiences, and receive encouragement while navigating the challenges of parenthood. Through guided discussions and practical coping strategies, participants build resilience, improve self-care, reduce stress, and strengthen their emotional well-being in a welcoming, judgment-free environment.

Couples Therapy

A supportive and collaborative space for couples to strengthen communication, deepen emotional connection, resolve conflicts, and navigate life’s challenges together. Therapy helps partners build healthier relationships, improve understanding, and create lasting tools for growth and connection.

Parenting Skills

Parenting skills support mothers, fathers, and caregivers in building healthy, positive relationships with their children. Through guidance and practical strategies, parents learn effective communication, positive discipline techniques, emotional regulation, and ways to support their child's social and emotional development, creating a stronger and more connected family environment.

Anger Management Skills

Anger management skills help individuals recognize triggers, understand emotional responses, and develop healthy ways to express frustration and anger. Through practical techniques and coping strategies, participants learn to improve self-control, communicate effectively, reduce conflict, and build healthier relationships at home, work, and in their communities.
